MY BEAUTY LEFT AT A YOUNG.

Thy power was my guest.
A joyful pleasure at sight.
We played the piper.
Running from street to street.
My mantle; I didn’t regard.
We were like four and five.
The undivided one.
Our value, we buried together.
The vessel of my only being.
Thy beauty that I thought would last forever.
Left in the flash of an eye.
This beauty that I hold so dearly.
Buried my fears from within.
I cried tears of different colours.
Thy captain of my soul
gave me an indivisible slap.
That shocked me to the bone marrow.
Is this a myth or what?
I am now in the rain.
Even when I am being laughed at.
I didn’t mind.
Because I know that it was the storm of my life.
